will study the primary documents, give them a legal assessment and determine further actions in the interests of the client;
will carry out support of the transaction: will check the documents confirming the right of ownership, the presence of possible encumbrances and arrests on housing; Prepare a list of documents necessary for the transaction, assist in obtaining; prepare a draft agreement with a package of necessary documents for the state registration of the transfer of ownership rights; in the case of violation of the rights and interests of the client will challenge the transaction already made;
provide legal assistance in pre-trial settlement of a dispute, in particular, will help define the terms of the agreement and properly fix the agreements reached;
prepare a statement of claim and represent the interests of the client in courts of first, appellate and supervisory instances;
represent the interests of the client in the settlement of disputes associated with the maintenance and repair of residential premises, alteration and redevelopment of the premises in an apartment building, as well as the establishment and operation of housing association, homeowners associations and other issues.
