Natalia graduated from Central Asian State University with Magister in Law degree and started her career as the Attorney specializing in Employment Matters, defending her clients’ interests in courts of original jurisdiction, appeals instance and submitting of supervision enforceable complaints.
At later stage Natalia got international HR GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification and SHRM. Among her other professional credentials there are the certificates granted by American Bar Association after passing International Human Rights Standards in Criminal Proceeding course, USAID and ABA/CEELI (The Rule of Law and Civil cases), Smith Intl (Business Finance corporate training course), Dale Carnegie (Excellence in Management), Mdt. International (Appraisal Skills) and others, related to people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills development and efficiency to transfer knowledge and act as professional trainer.
Since 2000 Natalia held senior roles in Human Resources for more than 20 years working for British American Tobacco as Regional Employee Relations Manager CA&C; for multinational Oil & Gas service companies - M-I SWACO (Smith Intl. and Schlumberger company), Weatherford as Regional HR Manager for FSU territories; for TUI Travel Russia and CIS, for Air Liquide Russia as HR Director Russia.
For this period Natalia was involved in full range of HR and Legal activities in M&A, incl. due diligence, managed projects related to organizational development and organizational structures optimization and was responsible for building-up and perfection of all areas of Human Resources as Talent Acquisition and Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, keeping strong focus to Employee Relations management.
In 2013 Natalia joined Wilo Group as EMEA-North Senior HR Manager and since 2019 was assigned to Group VP Human Resources role, responsible for HR in 44 countries, including Wilo subdivisions in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, China, India, South Korea, Middle East and North Africa, South-East Asian and Latin American countries, being a pioneer to consolidate disparate structures into a coherent Human Resources function and providing support to the business leaders across Wilo subdivisions in Emerging Markets.
Among recent projects there were Compliance policies implementation in cooperation with the Group Internal Audit and Compliance, involvement in Global Mobility development, activities aimed to maintain high Wilo Group standards' observance in diverse multicultural environment, supporting the colleagues in Human Resources function development and building reliable external legal network in Emerging Markets countries to secure the business and maintain positive and stable working environment for the colleagues.
Natalia is willing to share her knowledge and considerable experience, speak in public HR events and conferences, act as business-trainer for HR colleagues, publish articles in professional magazines and actively interact with HR society in mass media.
Natalia is experienced HR professional, able to translate and implement corporate standards into local legal context and ensure compliance with local law enforcement practice’ aspects; cooperates effectively both with global teams, unions, workers' representatives and senior management as strategic partner.
In College of Advocates “Your Trusted Attorney” Natalia leads HR Management and Employee Relation practice.
